This is a good idea... Of course, if you're in the type of job where you're taking clients out for every meal you happen to have, then depending on your situation, the Company will pick up the bill. But if you're not in that type of job, then this IS the way to go.

This is quite an old clip/concept from this guy (called Magnus, I believe). I can seriously vouch for the technique though; powerful stuff- been using it for a good 6 months or so, when the situation calls for it.

A cigarette and a small strong coffee with sugar is the traditional breakfast here in Bulgaria. I just can't be doing with that and breakfast is usually what's left over from the night before. Don't bother with globalised branded breakfasts.

I miss my muesli :-(

I should try to find it here... Still getting used to this country and haven't really seen it. I live in a rather 'westernized' area of the city, so I should be able to...

Hell yes. I'll have muesli :-)

Hi. I totally agree with your post recommendations. It makes all sense, that after being asleep for so many hours our blood sugar levels must be low. Some crazy diets advice people to skip meals, people should have propper advice like in your post. The 7th :)
Best Regards.

I used to love breakfast until I had to stop having dairy. I love cereal. Now it's usually a bagel, juice and tea. Occasionally hot cereal (with soy milk, which is the only way I can stand it - the soy milk, that is) or eggs and toast.
